Packing Party

This week is the last week of our Pepsi Refresh Project Grant. In honor of the end of such a great time for Suitcase4Soldiers, we threw a Packing Party and invited friends and family to come enjoy food and drinks while packing up 8 trunks to ship to Afghanistan. February Shipment

The February Valentine's themed shipment was collected by the Classical Conversations School Clear Lake, Pearland High School NHS, and Glenda Dawson High School's NJROTC.

In addition, S4S's founder, Ashley Easterly, was recognized as a Distinguished Finalist in the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.

Pictures from Camp Eggers

Today Suitcase4Soldiers received in the mail a letter of appreciation from Camp Eggers in Afghanistan as well as some pictures!

The 3 trunks collected by Pearland High School's National Honor Society arrived at Camp Eggers on November 4, just after Halloween. The troops there, a mixture of US and Coalition forces, were very excited to receive the trunks full of goodies and expressed their appreciation in a letter:
